Brownie recipe I promised my “aunt”

Andie’s Mint Brownies, public version

4oz baker’s chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups Andes mints baking chips
Microwave baker’s chocolate in microwave-safe bowl at MEDIUM (50 % power)1 ½ Min., stirring at 30 Sec. intervals until melted. Stir smooth.
Beat butter and sugar at MEDIUM speed with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended. Add melted chocolate, beating just until blended. Add flour, beating at low speed just until blended. Stir in vanilla and Andes mints. Line 9×13 pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 Min. or until center is set. Cool completely.

  1. Wow! You got a new template too! I like it! I was watching you're slideshow of the blueberry patch, and we have one of those tomtom things too! We named it Gorgie Pretty Sure, after it's initials, GPS. At first it was gorge, but then we heard the lady's voice and changed it. Recently it kept saying "Turn around when possible." Its like that Tim Hawkins Movie "full range in motion" He talks about GPS's and he imitates one "Turn around and go the other way." He says it in such a funny voice its hilarious, and look, now I've wrote a long comment about GPS's, its weird how I can never write anything this long about a serious subject 🙂
